One of my objections to the Race Relations Act 1976 is the mistaken concept of 'ethnic minorities' and, no, it is not racist to have this opinion! It has been used as a stick to beat the English in England. It has been used to prevent majority views and interests - the hallmarks of democracy - from being recognised.

I'd like to point out that anyone who holds to this view is not likely to have a high IQ.
