Default English Democrats - No-Hoper's Race Slurs

No-Hoper's Race Slurs - The Sunday Mail

No-Hoper's Race Slurs
Apr 13 2008

A NO-HOPE candidate for London mayor has made a party political broadcast full of anti-Scots slurs.

Former Fathers4Justice campaigner Matt O'Connor, who is standing for the obscure English Democrats party, claims in the ad: "This Scottish Labour government rules over our capital with an iron fist and seeks to discriminate against all Londoners."

A Labour spokesman dismissed it as "crackpot politics".

[Wasn't Devolution a Labour "Crackpot" idea]

Exactly.

A quality posting (above) from Kentishman.

Labour (Lie-bour) have got us into this devolution mess and are in no position to criticise.

If they don't give us an English Parliament support in England for the Union of the UK (a Union Labour claims to support) will continue to go down.

So, wanting equality and parity of treatment amounts to hating the Scottish? I think not!

The Scots, as a nation, punch above their weight, and have many admirable attributes!

Jim Fitzpatrick, erstwhile Chairman of the London Labour Party - is it conceivable for an Englishman to be chairman of (say) the Edinburgh or the Glasgow Labour Parties? I think not!

Devolution for Scotland was certainly not a bad idea, but it needs to be followed up for England(and Cornwall.).

NO, wanting equality for the English is not hatrid. I looked at the English Democrat manifesto and I thought that the EDs were a professional, sensible political party that I could relate to. Until I watched the PEB and saw those pathetic election posters.

Foaming at the mouth and blaming Scotland for all of society's ills will just make the party look like a joke and will solve squat.

Still, best of luck

'Foaming at the mouth' eh? I missed that bit! How far in was that?

Could you direct us to the bit 'blaming Scotland for all of society's ills'?

I accept that some people will laugh at anything - even death!
