I think people are trying to determine if there is an unofficial alliance between the EDP and the England First Party.

Not that I think there is. I can't see how anyone in the EDP would want anything to do with such a reprehensible organisation.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't actually agree on who is English - - let alone the fact that one is separatist and the other is not [quite yet].
Hello Squire - the nature would be not to contest the same wards, not to slag each other off (in public anyway!) and to support locally any English Nationalist.

We will be fielding about 60 candidates although our main focus is on London.

What people sometimes fail to realise it is not all about the result, we are trying to raising the issues and improve awareness.
60 local candidates is excellent - well done. Plus 8 from the EFP and how many from the FEP - All together there could be 70 - 75 English Nationalists standing on May 1st.

It's 18 down on last year. I know they'll say they're targetting London, but it doesn't suggest sustained growth

Free England are fielding three this year, not many I grant you, but we were only registered as a party in February

Yes, thanks for answering that.
Can't see the mutual happiness lasting, though.

Don't you have - shall we say - an *interesting* repatriation of the non-ethnic English policy?

I'll be laying a wreath at your party's funeral then.

The news of an unofficial alliance between the EDP and EFP is hardly surprising given their national secretary is keen on merging parties. You will not see the EDP trumpeting this alliance because it will prove once and for all they are liars and willing to lie to their members. This issue was brought up some time ago when I was a member and was given assurances by the most senior people within the EDP that no talks would take place between the two. It would now seem that the whole hierarchy of the EDP lied to members. The whole story was played out on the COSG forum at the time for those who remember it.

It is interesting that Englander 1st says he has nothing to distance himself from. He should have qualified that statement because it seems to me that he sees no distance between the EDP and EFP. Has he the same agenda as the EFP? Does he agree with the political philosophy of the EFP? As a leading EDP member, could he explain this alliance to the general public, and confirm or deny he, the EDP and the EFP are in harmony with regard to policies? Does Englander 1st support the repatriation policies of the EFP?

The EDP were warned at the time by many people that their flirtation with the EFP could have serious repercussions for the party, I think it is time the truth be told so that members of the EDP can decide if they wish to remain members of a party that might have far right tendencies.

We know what the EFP stand for, which is of course their right whether anyone likes it or not. Neither should their right to exist be disputed. Its policies will live or die according to the wishes of the electorate. What is ridiculous is the EDPs moral stance on civic nationalism, yet willing to jump into bed with a party that is known for its far right policies with regard to foreigners in England.

I really don't know what the EDP stand for. I don't even think THEY know what they stand for. Having worked with many of their "leading lights", I can honestly say they are among the most woolly-headed people I have ever known.
