A review of traffic and parking charges is an inappropriate thing for the Mayor to conduct (cost to me a London taxpayer?) as it is a matter for the democratically elected local Councils. If there is known to be "charge profiteering" as stated there is no need for a review just campaign, aka politely request with info provided to the press local Councils to change their existing policies. Regarding seeking the maximum concessions possible to the elderly on London Transport, why don't you know what they are already & tell us? How much will these concessions cost in total and to me a London taxpayer on a low income who frequently uses London Transport and who is not elderly? The 3 vague proposals above will certainly cost me plenty despite their vagueness; there look to be many dozens more such proposals in matters relevant and utterly irrelevant to the Mayoralty.

Regarding your Pledge 1 (page 3 of the pdf) perhaps you could state precisely the money the Mayor of London currently receives which is invested in Edinburgh. A few grand for an office promoting London and more than paying for itself?? Also, how without any MPs let alone a majority in parliament can you pledge, in "Matt's Key Pledges to London" no less, the changes in legislation concerning the governance of London and the referendum on an English Parliament and membership of the EU? To be fair to you I don't know the rules about the mayor of London conducting a referendum but Livingstone hasn't ever done so and he is the kind of person who would've done if he had the legal ability to do so. Is an illegally conducted referendum also an ED pledge? (I am willing & happy as a London taxpayer to pay for a legal London only referendum on both those issues but unwilling to pay the legal fees denying what is transparently illegal.)

Default ED mayoral manifesto

I disagree with the above post, and think there are some powerful and attractive policies and well made points in this manifesto.

It does need proof reading. Londoners - not Londoner's!

Of course he did! Don't be so provocatively churlish!

Dig down very deep, and see if you can come up with a bit of grace . . . just for a change!

Why do you ask? I suppose Kentishman wasn't picking on Andrew Constantine of course! Silly girl!

I've not thought of Kentishman as a masochist waiting to be beaten before! What an interesting thought!
