I think this is another case of a group of Eng Nats on BDF ganging up on someone and the UKIP moderators allowing it to go on. He has made mistakes and has lost his temper but that is because he is being picked on. It is English nationalists attacking each other as usual and UKIP moderators allowing it to try and harm rival groups. That is why they encourage the real trouble maker cassie to pick rows and bully posters who are not involved with him.

I'm locking this thread because, as with other threads set up by people to attack one individual forum member, it is descending, and will descend further, into a pointless hate fest.

Threads should not be set up to attack individual members.

Forum mods do not 'allow' anything to harm rival groups; the groups are normally capable of doing that themselves. Not all moderators are UKIP members or supporters. We cannot watch all threads and all posts because, unsurprisingly, we have other things to do in our lives. If complaints are made they will be acted upon as quickly as possible, but if all that is happening is that members of rival groups are making digs at each other's parties or policies in reasonable language then they will be left. Where language oversteps the bounds of decency (and it takes a lot to achieve that in this day and age) or personal insults are couched in an obscene, offensive or libellous way then we have to take action.

Threads that are dedicated to attacking an individual poster, no matter how flawed or not the person might be, have no real place in sensible debate. We could end up with lots of threads devoted to personal attacks which would ultimately lead to legal action.
