I would regret it immensely if any Scots thought that the level of puerile and nasty "humour" shown in these posters represented in any way what ordinary patriotic English people feel about our fellow citizens of Scottish descent or who live in Scotland.

The Scots are great - the posters are rubbish. It's as simple as that.

The Scots and the English will be the best of friends, and the sooner we can forget that this discreditable incident ever occurred the better.
This is the kind of >snipped< statement you would make Mr Bean.

The reason the adverts are provocative is to get Press Interest Dumbo, what was the potential crowning moment of your not to be Mayoral Campaign.

"City man stand for Mayor" - Ok so that goes on page 4 of the Metro in the Top Right hand corner, what exactly was Mr Bean going to do next ?

Also how do you intend to leaflet 600,000 house in your Constituency over the next 3 weeks, or is this something you have asked the wife to do ?

So with all this publicity, what would you regard as a good result in the election?

I predict the FEDs will get hammered in London. Kentishman and Englander1 will come in for some stick if the results are really bad. If the FEDs have got any sense they will sack Kentishman for his leadership of the campaign, and if Englander1 has not been too morphed by his involvement, he can join Free England!

If you really want to get rid of KM you should join the EDP and campaign to have him removed, oh! were you not once, members, but chose to resign because you couldn't get your own way?

I posted a comment earlier on about people being urged to join the EDP. It's not just a case of resigning because we couldn't get our own way. I just got fed up with the way the party was run and the direction it was taking. The anti-Scottish posters that they are going to put up in London and Edinburgh typifies the attitude that prevails within the party. Sorry, but that's not something I want to be a part of, but you go ahead and fill your boots.

Yes and you always forget to mention that you were invited to 3 NC meetings, so that any "concerns" you had could be talked through, and hopefully agreed in a mutually agreeable manner

You never managed to turn up - any particular reason ?
