At last some decent media coverage saying it how it is!
Its a p*ss off that this is practically all the coverage this demonstration got though. I'm not promoting or encouraging it, but you will only make big news and start to get what you want in this nation when you kick off big time on the streets. I feel this is all that is left for the English to do now, as other wise we are being ignored. The current feel on internet forums etc and the feel around my area, is that the last straw is coming soon, and this year will be the year that the English very well may finnaly take to the streets, and they won't be there legally in an authority controlled protest either... the brown stuff will be hitting the English fan! This is the feel I get any way, as the English are sick and tired and getting more angry by the day due to the bombardment of negative nonsense news consisting of the English being sh*t on and p*ss being taken out of them again and again and again and again and again....

With less than two weeks' notice of an event which was held in May last year, which has been much less 'trailed' than the 'I want a referendum' march and lobby following a week later on the 27th February, this seems more likely to demonstrate a marked lack (rather than strength) of support for an English Parliament.
It seems a matter of common sense to me to give much more than eighteen days (max) notice of an event brought forward by some ten weeks or seventy days!!! I am planning to participate on the 27th, but I am not inclined to waste money and time on such a 'rag tag and bobtail' thingy on the 20th and I truly believe in a separate Parliament & Executive for England! Talk about 'reaping the whirlwind' and 'snatching defeat . . . ' etc Gerald Morgan will be proud of you! It all seems so depressingly predictable. I do so hope I am soundly proved wrong and in a BIG WAY. |

I can't see any of these organised authority controled protests working really.
The only way that real change will come to us, is if riots start due to the current system failings etc Or if protests are put in place which stop the economy. Look at the recent Police raliegh, how many too part! ow much coverage it got? and what has it got them?
