Default Have the DUP and UUP switched?

There is an article on UKIP.org that says they are taking the Euro.
Is this the case?

Wink Euro-Paisley!

It wouldn't surprise me if Paisley promoted the Euro. He'd have a reason for doing so!

This is a reserved matter!

The NI Assembly cannot adopt any foreign currency ~ which is what the Euro is ~ unless and until it has had a referendum, as specified in the Belfast Agreement, and become independent of Great Britain.

I was in a bar in Enniskillen a couple of years back where they accepted Euros. It could become more widespread without becoming official.

I didn't mean it in the sense of making it the currency. I meant it in the sense of accepting EU hegemony.

Many people in the Irish Republic who live close to the Northern Irish/UK border travel to Northern Ireland to do their shopping because it is cheaper to shop in that part of the UK because the euro is not in formally in use and has not pushed up prices as it has done in the Irish Republic.
