Is this the same gentleman who got 7.1% of the vote in a Sunderland constituency in the 2005 General Election as an Independent, then?

If it is indeed Neil Herron then congrats to you for getting him on board with you. Though c'mon, a movie and/or a musical about a set of scales is taking the **** is it not?

7.1% would be enough to win a seat in the EU 'Parliament' if Mr. Herron got that share of the vote as an MEP candidate for the English Democrats (if he has or does join the English Democrats) in one of the larger EU constituencies (i.e. London, north-west of England or south-east of England) in next year's EU Elections.

If it was Neil Herron, the Tooting Popular Front would be joining him rather than the other way round.

So we're talking about the guy who scaled Big Ben wearing a Batman costume. They're welcome to him.

Another good catch for the EDP IMHO. If they aren't careful, they might become credible.

Especially when they boot some of the fringe nutters out of exec positions.
