Default EDP still need big changes to win over voters

I see the EDP are sadly still rolling on with no changes, even after their latest AGM and conference.

They have since been beaten by UKIP in a local council by election and here is their latest result in a local council by election...

Ellesmere Port and Neston BC Rossmore

Lab - 504
Cons - 324
LD - 60
English Democrats - 30

Big changes have long been over due.

Also, whilst this 'too little too late' EDP fight back is comencing,
the BNP are again beating the Conservatives and coming a close second to Labour in local Council by elections...

Derbyshire, Church Gresley

Lab - 639

BNP - 516

Cons - 304

As a true English nationalist who wants England saving from this multi-cultural hell hole,
surely its time to suport the only party who have any chance of saving England in the near future? The BNP.

Just to let you know, and all on here know,
I'm not trying to have a dig with no point and purpose, I just have genuine concerns of a party who are the only English nationalist party with cash behind them, which can help them get a kick start more than the other English nationalist parties, i.e. EFP and the EIP, who I feel would do very well nationaly in my view, if they only had the money to get them started nationaly as the EDP have.

I would like to beleive that the EDP have plans of change coming in the near future,
but sadly this is all I have ever heard from you when I was in the party and I wittnessed no serious change to win over the English voters,
and your still promising what sounds like a promising change as usual.

I don't beleive the EDP will make big enough changes to win English voters,

i.e. become non PC = non ethnic English to not be able to represent you, take the Asian video off of your website, fight for the ethnic English and have a sympathetic ear for the civic English, not the other way around, stop political spin, and go for independence.

If you do, I believe that you may then start to proggress quicker, you will have a more unique stand than being the unionist party wanting an English parliament which is just what the BNP want, though they are much firmer on fighting for the ethnic English,
and the EDP may then within a few years start to give the other nationalist parties a lot more of a run for their money.

untill that day I feel that you are going nowhere, as is being proved in elections.

and also again sadly we all still will be split politically as English nationalists, so I would also like to see the EDP working with other nationalist parties (with others making the sme effort) to make sure as much as possible that nationalist parties don't stand against each other.
But sadly for all English nationalists this will never be possible would it.

the only other answer is as Ive always said, its down to the people to make change in England, the change won't come through politics entirely, though politcs can assist the change,
it will be more down to the English people to use people power.
especialy with 40+% not voting at the last general election, it really is down to the people and not politics if the stats go further down the line of non voters.

I'm only a recent member of the EDP but it would seem to me unfair to compare the EDP with BNP who have many more members = activists = money = votes. The negative publicity the BNP get in the national press actually gives them higher name recognition than UKIP let alone the EDP and this is vitally important in picking up undecided and uninformed voters.

My intial reaction to these results would be to say that the EDP needs to focus its energies on a big membership drive so it can mount election campaigns on the same scale as the BNP - then a fair comparison of things like policy, personality and campaign methods can be made.

As an aside I could never consider voting for the BNP and don't really consider them an alternative to the EDP

Obviously you don't need more members judged by the fact you haven't seen fit to mention that and way you treat 'em! The EDP is more a business than a political party.

The EDP could do with a wholesale clear out of its current inadequate, touchy and undemocratic leadership. It might, just might then have a chance of progressing.

I think the ED are not to be trusted.

I have my reason for saying so.

Very wise! I agree.

From the top down, they make unsubstantiated allegations about and criticisms of other people ~ very unEnglish!
