Just to confirm once again that

Alan England is "Cassie" the expelled former National Secretary of the English Democrats.

I think this will explain to all readers of this thread your motives for your unfounded accusations.

I am sure you sometimes glance at the UKIP part of the forum Kentishman. If so you would know that just asserting that someone has for whatever reason been expelled from your party (accurately or otherwise) does not mean that facts they assert are not straight or that they make unfounded accusations. You have gotten away very lightly for so long on this forum Kentishman as until now your party has had no internal critics here. Now you have one so you if your party is to retain its credibility needs to reply with substance to those and other reasoned criticisms.

However, the spiv Blair introduced a legal framework whereby loans could be considered but not disclosed. Then that all changed! My take is that these loans are ridiculous. Mostly they are not called in on time, get re-arranged, or have an indefinite period outstanding or whatever. But the main thing is that they leave a party mortgaged to the lender.

The English Democrats, as a party, have now effectively taken out three mortgages totalling over £100,000. My question is, are the three lenders in their positions because of the money or despite it?
Here is a part answer: The second largest creditor is Christine Constables, who styles herself 'Vice Chair'. She is owed £30,000.

There is no provision in the EDP's Constitution for a 'Vice Chair', yet she has occupied that position for at least three consecutive years to my knowledge, four years if she was a candidate in the 2004 EU Elections.

To my knowledge, there has never been an election for Vice Chair.

Draw your own conclusions.

Despite all his bluster, it is a simple matter for Steven Uncles (or Andrew Constantine, or Brian Lee or ENGLISH JEW, or Englander1 or any of that crowd) to prove me wrong about Christine's constitutional position by citing the exact part of the Constitution which provides for a Vice Chair and which sets our her role.

When I attempt to raise such matters on the COSG Open Forum ~ I have been locked out of the EDP's own restricted forum ~ I am criticised for doing so on an open forum , my postings are treated with derision and have even been arbitrarily deleted by Steven Uncles and Andrew Constantine in order to suppress facts, and the subject changed.

I can tell you now, that you will not receive a direct response to this particular matter because I have stated a fact and it cannot be disproved. If any of them does reply, it will be to avoid the subject by criticising me and attempting to shift attention to other matters.

Cassie, I am really sorry to see you are becoming so bitter.

I will always class you has a valued friend, however I am very dissappointed in the actions you continue to take.

It must be stated that whole situation was not conducted as good as it should have been either by the NC or by yourself.

Once again you are going on about a total non-story!

Firstly, you were invited by myself on several occasions to attend an NC meeting to address your issues with you suspension. Sadly you failed to attend; also on the eve of the meeting you decide to send another letter to selected members of the NC to try and cause division...it did not work.

I also invited you to the conference but again you declined....surprise surprise you start putting out the same rubbish on this forum on the very day we are all in Leicester to ensure we could not respond immediately and give balance to your stories.

Secondly, the 'loans' were discussed fully at the AGM and everyone was in full support for the members of our party who have seen fit to put their money where their mouth is. These loans have been made interest free and are not repayable from membership funds, so the chances of them getting the money back is very slim to say the least. Unlike the other main parties and include UKIP we do not have any major backers pumping money in to support our activities. It is therefore reliant on genuine patriots to keep the whole thing going, they do it for a love of their country...nothing more!

Thirdly, I have never been invited to the council meeting you mention and no-one else I have asked were either, to say no-one would have attended is a total lie!

Finally, you have the ability to do so much good for the English cause and yet at the moment you seem to be determined undermine what is Englands only viable National party.....are the others right....are you a wrecker?....I hope not...if so I have totally misjudged your character.

The English Democrats are a New and exciting party on the political scene, I will be the first to admit that we have got a lot to learn....but we are learning fast...very fast....we are all in this because of the passion we have for our country....The English Democrats represent a new English Nationalism that will not be denied!

Oh and finally finally....all the NC including Christine (VC) have been voted back into office for the next year....Democratically....its all coming together!
