Default Garry Bushell at Conference on Saturday - Update

Garry Bushell will be attending the English Democrats conference on Saturday 15 September 2007 to formally be confirmed as the English Democrats London Mayoral Candidate.

(No one else was nominated)

A yet to be released named representative of the Scottish National Party (SNP - MP) will also be in attendance, in an official capacity to give formal support to the English Democrats and their cause on Saturday 15 September 2007.

The East Midlands UKIP MEP willl be attending on Sunday to take part in a "Question Time" debate.

The president of the Liberal Party - Steve Radford, will be confirming his support for the English Democrats Euro-sceptic stance, with a speech

"Is the European Union Fit for Purpose?"

There are also numerous other speakers including Mark Wallace of Bette Off Out.

And it will all be covered on 18DoughtyStreet.com

- Is all adding up to one hell of a conference.

Will he be describing his policies concerning the gay community in London? (Or perverts, as he calls them).

Why should homosexuals get special policies?

Exactly - they shouldn't! Let's hope Bushell recognizes that they should be treated the same as everyone else.

Oh right. Well he's got my vote then (or would have if I lived in Londonistan)

Didn't the last UKIP mayoral candidate say something similar?

Nothing wrong with higlighting the seuxally deviant nature of homosexuality, the open encouragement of which has contributed to the breakdown of the family and thus to many of the social problems facing us today.

Well said rjt. Personally I would like to see UKIP adopt a more generally homosceptic approach to the gay problem.

The poofs are well served by the other three parties. Time we spoke for the silent majority who have had it up to here with them.

We would also be speaking for 90%+ of ethnic minorities who tend to be ultra-homosceptic.

If you lot are UKIP members I feel sad to be a member of the same Party as you. I am not personally, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with people being attracted to people of their own sex. It's how people are, we're all different in some way.

You lot sound like you've come from a time machine from the days that this country was fully bigot'd.

I totally agree. UKIP is a party which supports the liberty of the individual, and that surely means freedom for everyone to live however they want so long as they don't hurt anyone else in the process. But Mike seems to think it only means freedom to live in ways of which he personally would approve. Live and let live, Mike!

I am not a member of UKIP but you insult other members of UKIP, attitudes to sexaulity, abortion, cloning etc are always matters of individual consience, a wide vareity of views are found in all partys.

My view is as a christian I beleive that homosexual behaviour is inconpatiable with scripture. It is not bigoted to say such a thing or are you against people being free to practice their faith and state their beliefs? If I dont beleive gay couples should not adopt children or get married I should be able to say so without the risk of being condemmed as a bigot just for expressing my views.

I would point out that Ian Paisley Jnr , a Minister of the Crown in the Northern Ireland Assembly was found not to have breached the terms of his office for stating in his personal view that gay peoples behaviour was repulsive

There is also the role certain sections of the gay community in the 80's played as regards the the spread of Aids. Many Gay Clubs were havens for permiscious behaviour and given the mulititude of health issues surrounding anal sex that was totally irresponsible. They were not all to balme but have a lot to answer due to their fornicating ways.
