Default 90% of new jobs go to Migrant Workers

    Daily Telegraph 20th Jauary 2012

According to official figures 90% of new jobs in Britain in the last 10 years have gone to foreign born workers.

My Conclusion from the above figures
Therefore using simple arithmetic to get down the 2.7 million unemployment figure down to zero, Britain would have to create an additional 27 million new jobs.

I think that this means doubling the size of the British economy if 90% of new jobs continue to go to foreign born workers in the future.

Yes, it was one of Mr. Blairs and Mr. Browns big lies, remember how they sabre rattled about immigration and as many people were going back home as coming here. How they enriched society.

How a party that claims to be totally for the working class individual, that was born from poverty and hardship, could concieve and connive such a hard faced secret betrayal of the British people and their own electorate, and to hide this and make anti-immigration rhetoric so not as to upset their traditional white voters in the North West and the North East and Scotland and some parts of Wales totally beggars belief.

It was a crying shame that that grinning two faced Bastrerd Blair never ended up caught in a trap of his own making and tried by a court of law. Then their was Browns claim 'British jobs for British workers' and all the jobs went to Poles and other Europeans, what a completly shambolic man with no sense of honesty or any self respect.

While there is justification for dissatisfaction with this governments policies and actions many people being beset by these often forget the architects of the situation. All to often Labour use the hardships and poor results of today to cover their culpability in the creation of the mess in the first place.
There are many things to be learned from this sorry mess but two to me seem most important (1) labour must never get back into power and (2) The Liberals must be shown both now and forever as unreliable and the liars, cheats and promise breakers they are.

The trouble is the only other present alternative is rubbish too, time for a full political rethink, I think.

I thank you, it just gets my goat when Moribund goes on about what the Tories are doing when labour dug the hole we're in. I am a socialist (small S) who believes that we need a socialist government but one that accepts capitalism and private ownership etc are vital parts of society, indeed two sides of the same coin in every sense a strong socialist approach to the set up and running of society financed as now from the capitalist side, while being strongly supportive of the capitalist side to protect and encourage it to grow as no one side can exist alone. This is why I supported Cameron's alleged veto in recent weeks also the state of the euro suggests we should stage a careful reduction of interests and a withdrawal from Europe in general, and when the Euro does eventually go under we can buy most of Europe for 30 bob or so.

Can I advise people not to read this link. I read it in full and did not understand a word of it. It twists the statistics around and upsidedown, until it comes out with the conclusion that immigration does not affect unemployment at all, and we are all mistaken.

    The Simple Facts Are:-
Immigrants settle in Britain at the rate of 575,000 a year, and have settled at that rate since 2004.

This is more than one a minute day and night for 7 years.

90% of new jobs go to migrants born outside of Britain.

That does not mean other people can't understand it.
