From what I have read about him Zac Goldsmith will be even more sexed up with Green Taxes than Brown and Darling, I believe it was Goldsmith who last year came up with the idea of taxing families who drive to supermarkets? (Or something to that effect). It was later dropped when the Conservative polls started to take a downturn during the Brown bounce
