Default Brief edited extract

Brief edited extract from the Daily Mail article on the first posting to this thread:

(Quote from the Daily Mail) "Despite a succession of disasters that have all but wiped out Labour's claim to competence, the Tories have still not punched convincingly through the 40 per cent mark, and have seen their lead drop on some measures to only three points - nowhere near what is needed to win an election. He warns Tories to prepare for a long slog and has no illusions about how difficult it will be to win an election. David Cameron said "There's no doubt it's a tall order....but we can do it." (End of quote from the Daily Mail)

It is also stated in the article on the link in the first posting to this thread (Quote from the Daily Mail) "As (David Cameron) he reflects on the scale of the challenge to win voters over, he concludes: "They fell for this guy called Tony Blair. They're just not going to leap into the arms of someone else straight away." (End of quote from the Daily Mail)

David Cameron told the Daily Mail that the London Mayoral/Assembly elections would be "critical".

Anti - EU & Anti - uncontrolled immigration BNP crushes pro-EU & Pro Immigration Tories, in Havering by-election. The Conservative vote fell in % as well!. Cameron is right, it will be a hard slog pushing unpopular policies !!. Roll on the May elections, 2 seats are possible for the only true Unionist party.
