Winston Churchill.

When Labour won the 1997 General Election, Enoch Powell told his wife that the electorate had voted to break up the United Kingdom.

It didn't take Clegg long to see through the Skidmark. With any luck it shouldn't take Joe Public long to do the same.

A nice juicy expose of his (alleged) druggie past would make a terrific start.

So basically Mikeuk you're just anti Tory, you don't mind who governs us as long as it's not a Tory Government?

There can be no way forward for UKIP or any other 'alternative' party until the Tories are either fully converted to the cause (impossible!) or dismembered.

The only way to achieve dismemberment is continuing Tory failure. Most Tories are natural UKIP supporters and will migrate to UKIP once the Tory Party is destroyed.

As long as the Tories are kept alive there can be no end to the One Party (Tweedledum/Tweedledee) state.

Not to mention the fact that Cameron is perhaps the most disgusting, snivelling little shyster to enter parliament since John Major.

Your Great Grandchildren will be a long time dead I fear before that is likely to happen!

An unlikely event, as to the best of my knowledge I have no children let alone great-grandchildren.

The Tory Party was ripe for death when Kilroy urged us to kill it off. Time to kick it back into touch.

Default UKIP, supporters, Conservative members, EU, Conservative Home, second preference

There is very little difference between a gathering of UKIP supporters and a meeting of Conservative members at 'grass roots' level.

UKIP rightly want out of the EU and Conservative members 'out in the constituencies' are pretty fed up with the EU too and most want big changes to our 'relationship' with the EU with a large number wanting out of it altogether.

A poll by Conservative Home a year or two ago showed that about 45% of Conservative respondents picked UKIP as their second preference (i.e. as their party of choice if they could not vote Conservative due to their not being a Conservative candidate in their ward/constituency).

There are, of course, quite a few Labour supporters who don't like the EU and who might vote UKIP (at least in EU Elections if not at a General Election and in local polls too).

In order for a new more PRO UK party to be a big hit with public one of the main uk and pro europhile partys must die and i think it will be the tory party and i think what Kilroy Silk said at the UKIP conference three years ago is happing the tory party IS dying!! and ukip could that place left by the tory party but we must sort our party out properly get it fully up and running now.
