Exclamation To EPP or not to EPP

Cameron has arranged to work with Merkel's party on policy groups. Is this the first definite sign the Tories aren't coming out of the EPP?

Default Pro-EU and anti-UKIP Cameron, UK Conservatives, EPP, eurosceptics, EU Election

Pro-EU and anti-UKIP Cameron claims that the UK Conservative group will leave the pro-euro EPP group in Brussels at the 2009 EU Elections and form a new eurosceptic group of MEPs to include eurosceptics from other countries.

I think that if the new eurosceptic group is not formed and operating fully before the next EU Election - there will be some UK Conservative voters who have never supported UKIP before but who will vote UKIP in protest at the EPP at the next EU Election.
