Britannist writes: Wants to make Parliament stronger? After he has voted over the last three decades to transfer power from Parliament to Brussels? What a brazen cheek this man has. Unless, of course, Clarke was talking about the EU ‘Parliament – although the impression given is that it was our (UK) Parliament he was referring to.
