You need to understand, Cleo.

We lesser mortals aren't party to the arcane influences that galvanise mkpdavies, clippo, kentishman, cassie et al.

There are certain no-go areas on the forum, made so by the determination of a minority who feel that only supporting views should be tolerated. Those areas where two conflicting viewpoints clash include both the ED and Environment threads.

If you investigate, you may realise that mpkdavies initiated the complaint some time ago that led us both to be banned for a month. The complaint was actually a list of comments I made to others - at least one of whom said he didn't regard my comments as an insult.

Secondly, the other day it was mpkdavies who reported me for 'abuse' against g hall.

& Now this one - again to a 'possible' 3rd party & which could be interpreted as 'I think you are 'barking' up the wrong tree.
