Surely someone who believes in free speech is not trying to curtail free speech that happens to be distasteful to them?

f you had reported this post as just a "personal attack", I would have been much more inclined to find in your favour.

However given your attempt to play the sexist card and the fact you started the personal attacks (see Post 9 of that thread) I decline to find in anyone's favour.

I notice they are more of the pro-EDP lot you mentioned. No mention of those who just seems to stir things up by attaching themselves to posts and contributing nothing except flames, over and over.

Unless you are saying that that's an EDP area? It does say underneath that it's also for other minor eurosceptic parties.

Not a concious decision, I assure you. I simply marked posts that were inflammatory and personal attacks on the above thread.

Please feel free to report such. I and the other moderators do not have enough time to read everything on this forum. We undoubtedly miss quite a lot of nastiness.

You are correct, it does say that. However we also have a forum for all British Political parties. Please use your own discretion when selecting which forum to post something in.

I think it might be best to treat the English Democrats forum as a place to post items relating to the English Democrats but also to other minor "English Cause" parties.

I understand that it sometimes looks like we're supporting someone's agenda but we truly do not have an agenda nor do we support any particular faction in any party.

Sadly we rely on people to report abuse. This may mean we miss some. Other times it means we are kept busy by silly complaints not really genuine. It may also mean that those who shout loudest may well get their complaints seen to and we may miss their misdemeanours.
