Polack is the world recognised nickname of Poles.
Are you saying that our country is not dieing while poles are still milking it for every penny they can? Poles wanted freedom for their country, and rightly so,so,why did 2 million of them abandon it at the first opportunity? The Poles are here, diluting our democracy by voting for those who want to destroy us all. Stay where you are and pray for forgiveness of many of your countrymen who have abandoned Poland at the first opportunity that presented itself. I have lived in Poland with the people, and I am disgusted with the fact that masses of them crossed many miles to get here and elsewhere, thereby, deserting it. The Poles are good,Catholic People who wish to improve their way of life,riff-raff coming and settling in Europe will not advance their goals, will it? Another thing, you flicking wimp, stop following the pro EU troll methodology of complaining about everything on Gods earth. Last edited by Hartlepool; 20-03-2008 at 07:51 PM. |

Name of Poland - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Not sure. Polack is defined as an ethnic slur, but I'm not sure by who. I wouldn't use it these days, but I think older people use it in a non-offensive way. Words those of us over 40 used to use have become unfashionable by dint of political correctness. I'm sure that the Poles have descriptive words for us Brits and I'm sure Polish User might even know or use them, but we're too thick to speak Polish so don't know whether we're being insulted or treated with affection. Germans call us inseln affeln (island apes/monkeys). I wonder if the Polish use something similar. I like being called a rosbif by the frogs. No ban for H, but a request to take note of Polish User's PC sensitivities to the language that H and I grew up with.
