Wrong, as usual. King Charles 1st was beheaded for a minor treason crime by comparison with that being committed by our government today.

King Charles's treason was to shut Parliament for 11 years.

Our government's treason is to sign treaties to shut Parliament permanently from 5th May 2010, when its five year term expires.

And to abolish the British Constitution, replacing it with the European Constitution, from 1.1.2009.

Under the EU constitution, there can be no elections to our Westminster Parliament after that date, so it naturally closes at the end of its five year term, which is why the EU cancelled Gordon Brown's election - they didn' want Parliament's life extended to November 2012 with a new five year term.

King Charles didn't abolish our nation - our government has already signed five EU treaties that do just that.

History always repeats itself.

Exactly what is wrong with the posting by David Noakes as I see nothing wrong with it that would lead you to form this complaint against him?

I think Hartlepool, since I am not a 'British EU traitor', it could be construed by a reasonable man as such if such an allegation were to lower me in the eyes of right thinking people.

It's all right you saying, "...but nobody believes Noakes. Most people think he's a nutter."

I take your point, but a person new to this forum and aware that he is a Town Councillor in Falmouth, and a contender to lead UKIP, might think that he is the authentic and informed voice of the anti-EU cause. Certainly that is the way he likes to project himself.

You will say, "...but the man writes rubbish. He doesn't do his research and sees conspiracies everywhere. He misinterprets basic English and he doesn't wash that often."

I would say that it seems like that to me, but a new viewer might not be aware. We have to view posts as stand alone in these circumstances and I certainly think that the post is libellous.
