Not a Complaint but Observation - Site clock

I noticed posting were at odd times last week.

This morning the clock was correct -
it now says (2 mins ago)

whereas my pc has GMT as 13:55.

Log off and the time is correct...Logon again and it ain't.

g hall's edit time has changed to 11:22pm

Just checked my profile,
apparently has me as .....GMT +3:30 Tehran.....

I'm now back to GMT but unclear as to how it changed..

I'd never been that far into personal profiles to realise you could change time and country.
