Why is 'Hartlepool' banned?

Not my forum so not really my business but having looked at his last few posts I don't even remotely see why he has been banned. I hope it is just a straightforward error.

He was banned by MKPDavies because he said someone was a tosser,The same MKPDavies calls people Nazis every day nearly,this is unfair and undemocratic/

Hartlepool is my Dad and he is very upset about the unilateral and undemocratic decisions that are being made on here all the time.

Davies is not shown as a Moderator or Administrator and should not be allowed to post and administer punishments as he sees fit.

He is prone to bullying posters and should be removed in the interests of Democracy.

Its ironic because my Dad has backed Davies when everyone was against him.

He is gutted by this viscious,selfish ban.

And rightly so.

We will not be back,Davies is a covert facist.

All I can say is that I hope the decision is reversed after further consideration & that Hartlepool can & will come back. I would agree some of his posts are near the knuckle but I don't think they deserve a ban. Maybe a temporary suspension of a few days could be a compromise? If it is criticism of Basildon Boy or the BNP that has resulted in the ban then I would consider that not worthy of such action.

Thank you for noticing what was going on here Independent UKIP,it is a fact that the covert mods/admin are allowed to tease and invite posters to say things so they can be banned or warned.

Matt Davis likes this ploy because he gets a buzz from the power of being in sole charge.

My Dad has always told me that Matt Daviis is a great example to us all and that we should try to emulate him in his decisions and pro UK statements.

My sister and I have taken notice of this and find Mr Davis to be a perfect model of our Father.

We will not say anything to the detriment of Mr Davis but would like to address those who post here or review the posts of regular members.

This is not the first time that Davis has made a unilateral ban on a poster here.He has an approach that seems to say to everyone,"its my way or else"/

Being a bully is easy to some,being a bully who hides behind a forum mod/administration position is even easier,Butcher knows all about this practice.

My old man is better than Davis and Butcher because he speaks the truth,regardless of what position of importance he desires.

Davis is not to be trusted and Butcher is a failed political ne'erdowell.(sounds like a Lib-Dem).

As it's a complaint I will explain this particular ban a bit more.

Hartlepool has been given a lot of slack in the past. He earned that slack, just as others have for being in the main a genuine, reasonable poster.

However, of late he has found it harder and harder to refrain from abusing people. Gentle warnings have gone unheeded and all of the mods have discussed banning him before tonight.

Tonight, once again he chose to lay out a personal insult. It was snipped, and a single warning issued, even though the Mods had agreed he was on thin ice.

He then chose to PM twice. Once infering the person he abused was a chum of mine.

Followed by another one calling the decision to issue one warning childish and following up that he would be leaving the forum.

All this still isn't the reason I banned him. I did it for his own good, but I am not going to say any more than that. That he had a fictional son account to come and defend him, I hope will help everyone realise why I have banned him.

I bear him no ill feeling, but can no longer keep giving him "slack".

Thanks very much for the explanation. There did need to be an explanation as I'm sure you appreciate. That is most probably the last I'll be saying on the subject.

I agree with Matt's decision - the number of complaints we have had about Hartlepool's posts were rising fast.

As Matt said, he was skating on thin ice and he clearly broke through that ice.
