Ranking of forum users

When I went to bed last night I was a Venerable member . This morning I was horrified to find that I have been demoted to Senior Member :shock: :x in the newly designed Democracy Forum that the Independence Forum has suddenly become.

Has the ranking system (based on the number of postings members make) been changed? And if so, is it really fair to 'demote' people?

What are those grey circles underneath the name of the forum user (on the left of the mesage that the forum member has posted - below where it gives the number of postings the member has made to the forum)?

What's the square blue button top right for? I'd rather ask first before clicking on it.

Sorry to ask so many questions - but this is a big change to the forum. It looks good in terms of presentation (when one first enters the new-look forum), I must say .

They are ranks, images to show the number of posts made.

It's "Report this post to the moderators of this forum"
