UKpopdems sharpens focus on Empowered, Participative Democracy.

UKpopdems – Popular Democrats, the party that puts Great Britain and the Great British people first, sharpens its focus on empowered, participative democracy (epd). Epd is the future for advanced democratic nations like Britain, where faith and trust in established politics, politicians and the bureaucratic elite is declining rapidly.

What is epd? UKpopdems define this simply as:

The combined democratic voice of the British people carrying more weight than the combined power of government.

Individuals participating in local and national decision making on issues that concern them and at a time of their own choosing.

That means more power and a bigger voice for ordinary Britons and less power for government. This is a promise UKpopdems has always made, but now we have a legitimate, powerful and widely acceptable argument for our goals.

UKpopdems is the only party in Britain offering empowered, participative democracy fully formed and ready to go. All UKpopdem policies already come directly from what the people want for themselves, their families and their communities. Our far-seeing vision means that existing UKpopdem policies fit perfectly with epd. We're doing OK, thanks very much. Well over 100 members and interested folks. We are not going to throw ourselves against the barricades anytime soon for 300 votes. Why get into the mess, debt and recriminations of other parties?

What's more important is that what we have is unique and a superb fit for the whole nation. And we are getting some big-time help from acedemia and real big three politicians, and others.

There's plenty of time - Rome wasn't built in a day. When you guys on this forum want to give up your right wing nonsense you can always make that call.

I note that according to your Accounts Submission to the Electoral Commission, the Poppadems did not receive even 1 membership subscription throughout the whole of 2007.

Not sure I'm with you Populist. Please clarify.

We have no need of subscriptions, as I say, we are not throwing ourselves uselessly into futile elections. When UKpopdems needs the money, there won't be a problem. But we did have a small but useful donation last F. Year. Don't know whether the EC have put up 07 accounts yet.

Thanks for doing the research, though.
