It is a "summer School" not a training day. It appears directed to the BNP youth. If the adults within BNP are the target audience to attend a summer school where they learn how to support bnp councillors and how to write good English how could they already be lacking those skills?

I certainly don't think the BNP are forcing random kids to attend anything. I don't have the impression the Hitler Youth forced random kids to join though I'm sure there were exceptions.

What is this all about? It can't be anything other than a spoof can it? I make spelling and grammar mistakes on this forum as do we all. I don't ordinarily criticise those who disagree with me for their spelling and/or grammar mistakes for that very obvious reason. Despite all that I don't get what Ken is saying.

For goodness sake. 'summer school' is just a name , it's a training day. I attended the one in 2006, I was 28 at the time and one of the youngest people there!

If you oppose the BNP , fine. But oppose them on policies and ideas not paranoid fantasies.

"summer school" is a generic term which can be applied to many trainings - the Open University run summer schools every year and they are not for children!

Attack the BNP for the content of their training by all means, but give them credit for having arranged such trainings in the first place!

I am not sure if any kids will be there for the training as its focused at activists and dont have many kids delivering leaflets because of certain reasons.
Whats wrong with teaching activists how to write good hard hitting election material?

As IndependentUKIP has said, why would you teach adults "how to write in good English" and why would this event be directly linked with the BNP Youth, if not for the sake of indoctrinating young people?

And for whoever tried to put down my comparisons of the BNP with the 1930s Nazis, maybe you should look at Nick Collett, one of your own, who said:

* "the Jews have been thrown out of every country including England. It's not just persecution. There's no smoke without fire."
* "Hitler will live on forever"
* "Would you prefer your kid growing up in Oldham and Burnley or 1930s Germany? It would be better for your child to grow up there."

This guy used to manage the Young BNP and now, I believe, writes for the party's newspaper. He will undoubtedly be in attendance at the Summer Camp, spreading his vile messages of anti-semitism and racial hatred.

No party deserves "credit" for indoctrinating people into fascism.

Maybe I also ought to mention the Nick Griffin quote "Holohoax"?

Lets stick to the topic, good english is essential for good leaflets. Most branches make their own leafletts now so we need activists who can write english properly. I am not the greatest person any English anyway.
