"Europhile former Minister named as the richest man in Northamptonshire" (claim)

The Northampton Chronicle claims that europhile Heseltine – failed 'Conservative' leadership challenger – is allegedly the richest man in the whole of the county of Northampton:

Brief extract from the Northampton Chronicle website: “According to the Sunday Time Rich List, which is due to be published tomorrow, the former deputy Prime Minister increased his wealth by £50 million in the past year. His £250 million fortune makes him Northamptonshire's richest man, but only the 325th richest in the country.”

No, I'm NOT a personal friend of Hessa, I simply know him socially, I'm NOT a fantastically successful manager with a gilt-edged MBA, I'm simply a retired manager who happened to gain an MBA, and as for being the greatest lover since Casanova, well, modesty prevents me from entering into THAT part of my life!

Let's just say I've "got enough to fill a pram" a couple of times!
