We need some legislation that would see those like The Bear who advocate racial discrimination against White people jailed.
We shouldn’t tolerate such disgusting levels of racial discrimination against our people.

A British man or woman is a British man or woman no matter what their ethnic background is, no matter what their skin colour is, and no matter where they were born.

All that matters is that they are British Citizens.

Get used to it, it isn't going to change and nor should it.

If one sector of the population of a region, be they a sector delineated by colour, ethnicity, sexual orientation, whatever, are being unequally represented in a job that provides services to the whole population of that region, then that is wrong.

There is absolutely nothing at all wrong and everything right about then taking steps that, assuming all other aspects are equal, will ensure that the representation in the job is as close to the representation of the ethnic origin within the population of the region.

Oh dear. That policy could lead to mass redundancies among 'ethnic' announcers who are clearly over-represented in the BBC 'region'

And give me one good reason why I should employ anybody professing a 'sexual orientation' of which I disapprove.

people should be employed based on their ability to do the job, what "group" or "sector" they are part of should not come into it at all. no 2 people are the same even inside "groups" and "sectors", and no amount of so-called "equality laws" to try and make them the same will change that.

Actually, in a free society, people should be employed at the will of the employer.

If some joker wants to employ a workforce consisting of flatulent, black one-legged lesbians, he should have the right to do so.

Any society which does not permit him to do so is an unfree society.

true, i basically meant to scrap all this politically correct rubbish and let the employers decide who is best for the job rather than having to follow silly politically correct quotas foisted upon them by the government.
