Default Griffin Defeated in Court

News has it that most charges against the VoC group have been dropped, with only one remaining - breach of trust - that the BNP will have to pursue at their own cost. We do not yet know how much money was wasted on this enterprise.

I'm hearing conflicting reports about this, it seems that it is all square on reflection. The use of the membership list was a breach of the Data Protection Act, as well as unethical, and no doubt the party will win on this important issue. However the only real winners are the lawyers of course.

Most members are concentrating on the elections apart from the Tyndallite keyboard warriors on SF and the plethora of "anti-fascists" seeking the demise of the party.

A full report was given by 'aberdeen' on the new independent nationalist forum.

ANYTHING that smashes or in any way damages the BNP as it presently stands with the odious Griffin at its core accompanied as he is by his cabal of skin head numpties and their geriatric equivalent is a good thing in my view.

Did you read what I wrote?

Hint. Look for the word "core" and look beyond the literal skin head and think "skin head personality".

They hardly won, they won certain points over English courts jurisdiction over Scots. However the BNP managed to get their property back, membership lists returned/destroyed and the injuction extended. I dont think the party cares about the jurisdiction of English Courts over scots as long as they get their property and membership lists back.
The only downfall is that both parties have to pay the costs, instead of just the rebels.
