Looks like the BBC will try to discredit both! What a surprise for what is supposed to be a professional and objective news organisation.
While the BNP is as you correctly state a British Unionist party, it is in England that the party is making its greatest headway. I was once asked by a member of the EDP (trying to catch me out) whether I considered myself English or British, to which I stated that I was proud to be both. Certainly our English consciousness, character and heritage has been vilified and ignored by the political consensus, however it is the BNP which is most successfull in addressing this anomaly. That is because we see our Englishness as a lot more than just handing out a St George's flag to anyone who happens to live within a geographical boundary. In addition we support the campaign for an English parliament.

Despite this it would be churlish not to wish you well in the forthcoming elections Mr Constantine, and of course your suspicions about the BBC are well founded.

No, not the brainwashed, the people who recognise the BNP for what it is and not what it pretends to be.

Just because an organisation has a few good points or principles doesn’t mean that it is good.

Even the Nazis made the trains run on time.

Bit of as shame where they made so many run to though.

I detest Islam with a passion, and for all the right reasons, but I do feel that getting rid of Islam from Britain at the cost of a BNP presence in government is a price that is far too high a price to pay.

Do you have an alternative in mind? (I do not support the BNP)

The alternative is that the main parties should get a thorough understanding of Islam, and act accordingly.

The way that they, especially the Tories under Mrs. Thatcher dealt with the IRA up until sell-out Blair came on the scene would form the basis of a good way forward.

This will probably require the introduction of proportional representation in order for the fear of lost votes resulting in the loss of a party being returned to power.

At present much of the appeasement that is taking place to Islam centres around the combination of ignorance and fear of loss of critical votes.

Even if this swing is due to the 'protest vote' being exercised, the BBC will want to appear to be seen to be fair. For if the BNP do make large inroads into the political mainstream, the BBC know they'll be in for a bumpy ride.

I would see this as an attempt by them to 'build bridges'.
Real patriots do not trust the mainstream media.

This could be a cunning set up where the journalists initially play friendly, then stick a knife in the BNP.

I wonder why the media can't wait until after the London Assembly Elections before interviewing the BNP.

Apparently the BBC are giving us a PPB even though we do not qualify for one in London.

Hopefully, those lessons have already been learned. I think it will be a long time before the BBC in particular, and the media in general, will be fully trusted by the BNP.

The media has been the main reason why the BNP has had an uphill struggle over the years. Their constant bad press, irrespective of the truth, has helped the LibLabCon Party spread their lies and hatred about the BNP.

What is glaringly unusual it the fact that the BNP are now being allowed a public platform by them for the first time. Whether there is an ulterior motive behind it, or the BBC realise that far more members of the public support the BNP than has been claimed by the LibLabCon merchants in Parliament, we'll just have to wait and see.

there will be a statement soon on the new independent nationalist forum - hopefully within the next 24 hours - concerning the recent voc problem which has resulted in two new forums being created - an idenpendent one and a voc one. I don't know what it will say, but i do know that the suppression on the site of the nazi video showing voc people singing nazi songs didn't help. their excuse was 'that was years ago'. funny, that never stopped them airing young nazi and proud. the independent forum already has a few pro-griffin bnp officials, and will not proscribe people either for or against him. my own views have remained unchanged - however i don't think there's any chance of changing the situation any time soon, so we have to make the best of it.
