The BNP have a responce ready to all their alligations, the EC have said they have no reason to believe any wrongdoing has happened. Someone people would start thinking you may have been employed by searchlight, we know searchlight and UKIP like to work together.
Simon Darby has stated that the 20k check bounced like a basketball, but yet again the left just want to try smear the BNP.

John Walker interview.

BBC iPlayer - Radio - Audio on Demand

Starts at 1:34:49.

He handled himself very well indeed and destroyed their claims.

The Electoral Commision have stated that there is NO case to be investigated, the far-left are just shitting a brick now and are doing what ever they can. They say themselves that they are suprised that the EC wont investigate (be ready for FE and his Griffin is MI5 claims), but maybe its just because everything is above board?
Searchlight are using people like Ebanks who is a [ LIBELLOUS CLAIMS DELETED. BB - ARE YOU TRYING TO GET BANNED? TW].

From the BBC website report (excerpt below), it is pretty clear at any rate that the BNP's former National Treasurer, John Brayshaw, has definitively and acrimoniously fallen out with the Griffin faction. This is quite interesting, particularly as Brayshaw was right at the heart of the BNP's failed plot to undermine UKIP in the run-up to the 2004 euro elections. Griffin must be nervously wondering what else he'll reveal.

Quote:
However, a BBC File On 4 investigation has heard other claims about the party's finances.

Former party treasurer John Brayshaw refused to sign off the party's accounts because he claims he was not given the access to all the records he needed to see.

In 2005 he wrote to the Electoral Commission, the body which oversees political party finances, saying that he resigned as BNP treasurer. He alleged a number of irregularities had come to light including missing invoices and receipts from the Trafalgar Club.

In his letter, Mr Brayshaw said current party treasurer John Walker and his deputy David Hannam visited his home for a week to complete the accounts.

He said he did not help them but claimed he witnessed some unusual activities, namely the shredding of a large number of documents and invoices.

Mr Brayshaw said he was told to burn the shredded documents, but kept them because he felt something improper had taken place.

A black bin bag containing the documents has been handed to File On 4.

It contains fragments of cheques, train tickets, receipts and invoices.

They can't tell what's wrong with them simply because they know there is nothing to answer. But you are correct is stating that any criticism of the BNP arouses interest, usually in the hope of finding something that will stick. Sadly for them, we always have a ready answer that they can't counter without resorting to lies, abuse or referring to past events.

Hopefully, one day, we may find some folk who, despite political and ideological differences, will be prepared to discuss issues that effect Britain, and not blindly follow Political agenda that skip controvertial topics and seek only to appease anyone who thinks British Law should be changed in their favour.
