The hundreds of thousands of BNP leaflets put out in the last few months have certainly rattled Livingstone and his cronies so it seems.

The leaflet posted through letterboxes by Conservative councillors is called In Touch.

In Touch happened to be the name of a brochure by BT about telephones and services for residential users.

The fact that Red Ken has made this issue public shows how rattled he is by the amount of support the BNP have. First off the block was Boris Johnson with his 'Early Day Motion' in Parliament calling on the Government to do what it can to put a stop to the BNP, and now Red Ken is trying to make a legal issue out of it.

All he has succeeded in doing is drawing attention to the BNP, and will give people cause to wonder why?

Very true used to deliver them in dim distant days. Talk about Ken clutching at straws.

I also believe that there is a commercial paper with the name 'The Londoner' as well as Red Kens free one. Also at the same time he called for the BNP to stop putting out their leaflets the tories and lib dems have asked him to stop publishing 'The Londoner' in the run up to the election or they will report him to the electoral watchdog or something.

This is because his 'Londoner' is paid for by the taxpayer and he is not allowed to use it for canvassing....which he is doing....
