It is claimed on the front page of today's Sunday Times that a Labour of MP of the Muslim faith was allegedly bugged while he was visiting a constituent in prison - the MP has just been interviewed at the start of Andrew Marr's Sunday AM programme on BBC 1 Television (where he said that the Secretary of State for Justice, Jack Straw MP, is now investigating the claim):

The police would not have just decided to bug an MP,those orders would have come from higher up. Having said that all MPs should be made to walk about with microphones on so we can track what the lying barstewards are up to
