Default "Gordon Brown is bad news" says radio presenter

Presenter Ian Collins said on TalkSport radio at 1.10 am on 26.9.2007 "Gordon Brown is bad news. He says he is here to sort out the mess - he IS the mess! People say he is so much better than what was there before - he IS what was there before. Think about it. Gordon Brown: debt mountain, student tuition fees, anti-social behaviour, social problems. Gordon Brown was there over all of the ten Blair years writing Labour Party election Manifestos. Since 1994 - nearly 14 years now - Brown has been an architect of 'New' Labour along with Blair, Cook and Mandelson. Brown talks of no 'boom and bust' but he is just playing smoke and mirrors with the economy."

That was Old New Labour which is, apparently, completely separate from New New Labour and the latter cannot be brought to account for the sins and mistakes of the former.
Amen.

I find it unbearable to watch Brown on the TV, even out of morbid curiosity. He is so wooden and phoney, and every word he utters is laden with deception.

A UKIP friend of mine absolutely hates Gordon Brown (and strongly dislikes David Cameron too).

An opinion poll the other day revealed that if Gordon Brown says yes to a referendum on the EU 'Treaty' his poll lead would climb to 17% - but if he does not he would be only 1% ahead of the Conservatives in a General Election.

How long before Talksport is brought to heel?
'Shock Jocks' do not have a history of longevity in British broadcasting-More's the pity.

Although I'm a listener, you could hardly label Talksport as a 'shock jock' station. The odd gay joke and a right wing leaning.

I can remember a radio Nottingham (I think) late night presenter a few years ago. 'Fudge packers, uphill skiers and benefit scrounging slappers' were amongst his topics.

Predictably shut down !

BBC Radio Five is europhile and biased to the left - they should shut it down.

The BBC are being allowed to get away with this leftist and europhile bias while any alleged "right wing bias" or anti-EU bias (and I have never come across any on television or radio anywhere) would be stamped out pretty quickly.
