Anti-EU columnist Mr. Christopher Booker warns (in an article in today's Mail) that we we lose our democracy if the Brown Labour Government gets EU Constitution version 2 through:

Well, then the fight will be European-wide, and will be fought at European elections. I don't know about you, but I think that might give us a better chance, because our parties are hopeless.
