Default Blair, Brown, EU, Treaty

"Blair hands Brown EU time-bomb as EU treaty starts to unravel" - the title of an article in today's Mail on Sunday.

Brief extract from the above-named article:

"Labour MP Austin Mitchell told The Mail on Sunday: "All the booby traps have been timed to go off in Gordon Brown's face. This is substantially the same document as the old European Constitution, which was rejected by the French and Dutch in referendums. I believe the British voters should be given a proper say over this new document."
