Nobody on this forum is seriously suggesting that UKIP can win a single seat at the next GE. If all of the anti EU parties and organisations got together to present a limited programme for an alliance there is a chance that one or two seats could be won. Standing independently - no gain whatsoever.

It will never happen, too many egos to satisfy, lack of trust and respect for each other.

Anyway, this has all been done to death on here already a few times and in my honest opinion, the ED just raise this and similar topics to promote themselves and recruit the odd member.

I think this has to be the way foward for those moderate people who wish to withdraw from the EU.

Are you being selective when saying "moderate people"?

Or,as is usual, are you touting for members again?

By the way, isn't your shift nearly over,Constantine is usually on by now.

Many see the English Democrats as being an EU branch operating in the UK to split it up.

Many think that NF & co have gone native and are not that keen on leaving the EU. Joining a group which aims at EU reform does tend to reinforce this view!

And I agree many do see the ED party like that and that forms part of the problem when The ED sing the praises of europhile partys such as SNP and PC

UKIP leadership - they hate their opponents more than they do the EU.

Sorry H misread your post. Yes it would help greatly if the ED's stated clearly that they supported the Union and would do all they could to keep it strong.
