The Japanese man who allegedly made the pro-euro remarks may have been lobbied by pro-euro and pro-EU groups before speaking out.
It is not for foreign businessmen in our country to suggest that we abolish our ancient currency. The man in question would not be very pleased if a British businessman/woman was saying in public in Japan that they should get rid of the Yen and use the Chinese national currency instead.
