AFAIK, those reply-paid envelopes don't just cover envelope contents.

I once heard of a bloke who sellotaped one to a breeze-block and took it down to the local PO. Local PO accepted it for delivery.

Anyone know if you still get them if you're signed up to the TPS?

I've signed up to the TPS several times. It does cut them down. It also discourages idiot telesales callers when you tell them that you are signed up, they tend never to call again.
