Default 'Blair wastes our money on his ridiculous farewell tour'

Europhile Blair is wasting our money on his ridiculous farewell tour of the UK :x (according to a report in the Daily Express). The question is - why can't he just do what most people want him to for a change and clear off now? No one is interested in his preposterous trip around the country - except him. He is - politically speaking - soiled goods. Politically damaged, discredited and now, at long last, almost out of time.

Politically - his time is over (as indeed it was at least four years ago) and we should not be expected to pay for this final stunt of his (i.e. yesterday travelling by helicopter).

Will he be visiting - on this costly seven-week goodbye tour - any of the families of the 148 British servicemen/women lost in Iraq? I don't think so, somehow.

It is time procedures were put in place to stop people like Blair wasting public money in this way.

Cant he catch the bus now like the rest of us, although I gather his wife has a problem remembering to pay her train fares.

Default Labour hypocrites, public transport, buses, trains, coaches

Yes - these Labour hypocrites are good at lecturing to the rest of us about how good public transport is and how we should use it. But the Labour politicians are nearly always pretty keen to avoid using buses, coaches and trains themselves.

Of course, in the case of Blair, it is not just that he thinks travelling with the public is beneath him - it is that if he got on a bus or train he runs the risk of someone punching him on the nose. People don't like liars.

What he does not like is that everyone knows he is a liar and does not beleive him when he says he is not. liars never like to be found out.

Default Blair liar, conscience, Iraq, loss of life of UK soldiers

I don't think he has a conscience. If he did, he wouldn't dare show his face in public. Most people would be pretty embarrassed at being exposed to the nation and world as a liar - but this man Blair seems to be completely unphased by his stinking political reputation. Maybe he is so out of touch with reality that he thinks it is we - the 60 million people of the UK - are wrong and he will be proved right in the years to come.

148 British servicemen/women have lost their lives in a conflict (Iraq) we should have stayed on the sidelines of (or out of altogether).

Blair should be ashamed of himself - for Iraq, for the mass influx of immigrants, for giving more of our sovereignty to the EU and for his unbelievable hypocrisy of saying Saddam Hussein had to be removed from power - but then being photographed last week sitting with McGuinness from the British-hating SIN Fein.

Something is badly wrong in this country when dirty Blair can just pull up sticks and leave in the middle of a war(s) he started using misinformation and deliberate lies.

He has to pay for what he has done and for what is still going on because of him.

I enjoyed the C4 Drama 'The Trial of Tony Blair' and hope it might happen in real life but it is a faint hope.

No doubt we will soon be treated to his memoirs which will be another helping of self serving hypocrasy from the man who declared war on Global Terror at the same time as sitting down and commiting political fornication with Gerry Adams and the IRA and Colonal Gaddafi that well known champion of Democracy who rejoiced with his people in the streets when the Twin Towers were attacked.

Default Disgraceful Blair, Iraq

Thank you for your support, Keyser Soze.

This man Blair is a total disgrace.

I feel so sorry for all the families of British servicemen/women lost in Iraq.

Blair will live a comfortable life on a fat pension at our cost while those poor families get nothing.
