This is clearly a Labor ploy to buy votes and stem the tide of growing Welsh nationalism. Labor know they are in big trouble at the next election. Its like with giving towns up North more money for developments. Letting loads of immigrants in. Its all to buy votes. Also just another plot against the English by Labor.

I agree F&D4. Labour is anti-English. Time the millions of patriotic English people who vote Labour are persuaded not to do so.

The people of Wales and Scotland also need to teach Blair's Lie-bour party a lesson at the polls in May.
