You may call it humour but it is plastered all over your website. Every Scottish or Welsh MP representing an English constituency is called a "carpet bagger" and Scottish newsreaders are evidence of "discrimination".

I don't want Gordon Brown to take over because he is a socialist and an authoritarian. Whether he is British, Scottish or whatever is a matter that I am entirely indifferent about.

I guess you enjoy, the dominance of Scots in British politics, the dominance of Scots in the media and no doubt the Scottish Football Results every Saturday afternoon !

Seriously assumming that you live in England, is there any point at which you would agree that the best thing for England is either an English Parliament or Full English Independence, from the celts and the EUssr.

Or are you a "preserve the union at ALL costs" sort of guy ?

How are you going to feel like when the Scots vote for the SNP as the majority party next year, or do you believe we should "send in the troops" like what happened in Ireland about 100 years ago !

I'm not a great fan of football hence I find the Scottish football results about as interesting as - er - the English football results.

Although I am a unionist, I would rather have the Scots become an independent nation than to have some spurious corrupt federal system. That is at least honest even if it is mistaken.

The Scots have every right to vote as they please, as do the English before you accuse me of stating otherwise. Unlike you I would counsel them against that course of action. You support the SNP, which means that you support the break-up of the union completely. You just add on the federal bit to make it sound otherwise.

English Democrat, the problem with Ireland is that a Norman king, William I, sent in the 'troops' in 1082. They were mainly Norman knights and English and Welsh small folk (peasants) led by Wizo the Fleming. The troops have been there, to varying degrees, ever since.

Don't worry about the Jocks in England, the Highlands are full of English getting away from it all! :wink:
