I can't see why the Tories are apparently confident they won't be charged under the 1925 Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act, yet Blair will. Or is the whole thing going to be dropped? |

Say something loudly enough and for long enough and people will believe it is true. Maybe they think by speaking up loudly and taking the moral high-ground the police might let them off the hook?!!
I wouldn't be surprised if they are arrogant enough to think that they are above the law. At least our MPs don't have parliamentary immunity as is common across Europe! |
