Default O'Brien urges Muslims to say sorry for 9/11

http://news.scotsman.com/scotland.cfm?id=1563542006

Quote:
THE leader of Scotland's Roman Catholics, Cardinal Keith O'Brien, has called for Muslims to apologise for the 9/11 and 7/7 bomb attacks, declaring that the public should not have to live "in fear of attack" from believers of the Islamic faith.

In a move that has provoked a storm of outrage, the cardinal claims that, as the Pope apologised for the offence caused last month by his comments on the Islamic faith, so Muslims should now step up and say sorry for the attacks carried out in the name of their faith.
Yep that'll help the situation.

Whipped up on purpose and intential then vs us mongering. It's like telling all Catholics to appologise for the IRA.

I strongly resent this O'Brien bloke saying this ****,he is indicating that we are afraid of these muzzers, just so they know,I'm not, and I for one know them inside out for the cowards many of them are.

I'll also thank the religious nutters of this world to back up on this and try to think of a time in our Worlds history when they actually prevented a war, instead of starting or feeding them as they usually do.

Not really. The IRA was mainly motivated by nationalism, though there were a number of Irish catholic priests who were terrorist groupies, and Catholics might well like to apologise for them.
Mulim terrorists are terrorists because they are muslims, and have been convinced by the clerics that they should engage in Holy War against the infidels. The problem is that Mohammed himself invented the idea of jihad, and collected 20% of the plunder for himself. A muslim who apologises for islamic terrorism is no longer a muslim.

That is true. Now, not every muslim is a terrorist but it is a fact that there are many passages in the Koran that can be interpreted as giving support to terrorist activities and it is surely no accident that, apart from the special situation of Israel and the Palestinians, much of the current trouble 'hotspots' in the world are where large numbers of muslims live.

Good on the man that should wake a few people up to the Islamic threat if they wont show remorse.

The Archbishop of Canterbury ? You must be joking. I'm surprised he hasnt yet called for better understanding and compassion for the Islamic Klu Kluk Klan who think it entirely reasonable to kill Infidels here as a way of objecting to Infidels fouling Muslim lands by the presence.
