The English Democrats should realise that there is little point in setting-up an English Parliament untill Britain withdraws from the EU as currently 60% of our laws originate in Brussels so an English Parliament would just be a compliant puppy of the Westminster Parliament which is, in turn, a County Council of the EU beast.

What do you mean Cornwall hasn't got a parliament? Give it time - it's already getting an EU grant to 'save' the Cornish language (whichever flavour is in favour this week!). The trouble is, there were no native speakers left, so when some political correctie decided to 'save' it, they had to re-learn it from books. Now they're arguing about which version (there's more than one book) is right. And we're paying for all this. The whole idea is nonsense. |

The easiest way to solve the problem now is for England to have its own parliament and for the Kingdom to be a federation. It seems to me that an English Parliament is the only thing that will prevent England being sub-divided. |

No it isn't. People like you and the SNP only say it is dead because YOU want it to be dead. |

I agree. The UK is the constitutional title of the state but there is a British nation in the sense that the vast majority of Britain's people feel a basic kinship with each other and thus in a war situation we would all help each other. |
