Default Media bias against anti-EU campaigners

Gary did well - he was runner up. The winner was the anti-Euro Paul Ross (brother of Jonathan).

I do wonder if Gary would have been invited on (to the 'Weakest Link') as a guest had he been a member of UKIP. It seems to me that anyone who is openly anti-EU is not given celebrity status. Gary probably doesn't think much of the EU, but to those members of the public who know his politics - he is, primarily, a campaigner for an English Parliament.

Sir Patrick Moore 8) , the leading UKIP member and Patron, is a (television) celebrity but he became presenter of the BBC programme 'The Sky at Night' long before he started to - quite rightly - speak out against the EU.

If you watch Garry Bushell's Video he is clearly Anti-EUssr

Here:-

English Democrats are a Euro-Sceptic Party, but we also have some other policies as well.

Yes - good stuff. But what exactly are the Eng Dems aiming for - an "independent" England within the EU (i.e. not independent), or a truely independent England?

If the latter (which would be fine by me) is the theory that an "English Parliament" will be have more chance of voting to leave the EU than the UK Parliament?

I suppose this might be true but it's all going to take a long, long time even if possible in theory. Especially as the Eng Dems are largely unknown at the present (even compared to UKIP).

I'd still like to see some confirmation on how borders will be policed, if Scotland and Wales went into the EU and details on how the countries would be seperated in the way that some want.

If it's just equality in parliament that is to be addressed, then UKIP does that anyway, thus I can't see the point in the EDP.

Quite Simply

English Nationalism is "in the interest" of England (English Democrats)

British Nationalism is "in the interest" of Britain (UKIP & BNP)

If you fundamentally don't understand the difference between English & British Nationalism, then I am not surprised you "Don't see the point"

===========================================

Do you for example understand the difference between UKIP and the SNP, once you have grasped that, then apply the same logic to England.

I would suggest that the Borders would be policed in the say way as say between Germany & Switzerland
