I dont think I agree with all the views of any of my friends. Although my Irish friends support a united Ireland outside the UK they are not hardcore in their belief, that is just their preference and in our world everyone is entitled their own believes.
Thank you for your reply Ryan. You ask (above) if I agree with all the views of all my friends. No - but I draw the line at being friends with people who are in favour of the EU, abortion or breaking up my country. I also don't want to be friends with anyone who is against this country having its own nuclear weapons. I'll be friends with people who are 'agnostic' on one or more of these issues - but europhiles  and anyone from the the CND  mob (as well as republicans  and people who don't care about the rights of the unborn child  ) are no friends of mine.

I hope that answers your question .

Ryan - you still haven't answered my question in my previous reply to you (I thought this might happen). In your posting to this thread of 18.7.2006 at 12.49 pm you wrote (quote) "the biggest terrorist in Irelands party” (end of quote). May I ask again to which party you were referring, please?
The one which is talking about teaming up with Paisley. Cant remeber their name.

Of course the splitting of Europe into regions will more or less "solve" the NI issue for the europhiles in the not too distant future. That is, both the Irish Republic and the UK will be by-passed in terms of funding and thereby cease to have political meaning.

Yes, I thought your memory might fail you on this one. Just like you forgot to answer the question when I first put it to you all of a week ago  .

Default Irish city people ripped off by EU

As well as being highly damaging to the UK, the EU offers absolutely nothing to the overwhelming majority of the good folk of Ireland. Nearly all EU grants go to farmers in rural areas - with the one million population capital city of Dublin ripped off by the EU as much as any UK city. The EU -scared that urban voters in the Irish Republic will realise how much they are being fleeced (paying in huge amounts to the EU but getting nothing back) - ensures that its blue and gold star flag is visible on building sites in the centre of Dublin during the construction of showpiece buildings which the EU advertises as its own good work to the city people. The intention of the EU and Irish europhiles with these small and high profile building projects is to hide the fact that urban Irish areas get practically nothing out of the EU. The EU cash goes to the farmers and politicians in both Fine Fael and Fine Gael (the largest and second largest parties) scrap for the votes of those farmers and would do nothing to cut the EU farming grants to try to get EU money put into Irish city areas instead.

If I had noticed you had asked me that a week ago I would have answered you then but I didnt notice so what whatever you are pushing for wont work. If you want to know which party it was/is teaming up with the DUP on NI assembly then im sure in your wisdom you have mastered the net and can search on bbc to find who it was. Personally I have alot of better hings to do then search on the bbc to answer your question which I quite frankly couldnt give a damn about.
What ever you are trying to imply about me is a waste of time but its your time you are wasting. I wouldnt be a member of UKIP if I wanted to break up the UK which as far as I can is what you are trying to imply but do not have the guts to outright state it. I will not say sorry for being friends with people who do not support my politcal views as my friendship with them is not politically based but I will say sorry to you who quite obviously has no friends outside UKIP.

I think you're over-reacting a bit, actually Ryan. I never meant to offend you. Your work for UKIP in Southampton is valuable. I'm sure we agree on most political subjects despite the fact that I appear to have annoyed you. I do have friends outside UKIP, by the way .

Britannist yes you did/have annoyed me but as I dont hold any grudges Im sure that will pass as quick as it came. Thanks for the statement that my work for ukip in Southampton valuable. Judging by your posts I was offended as I thought they appeared to be suggesting that I supported the break up of the UK which as a member of UKIP would be obsured. Sorry if I did over react it was just the way in which I read your posts.
Glad you have friends outside UKIP!!!

Default My dislike of europhiles

Thank you for your speedy reply. I'm sure you support what's best for our country. I only seek to annoy pro-EU people and my intention was/is certainly not to disagree with or upset good anti-EU folk such as yourself. If I engage in debate with anti-EU people, the intention is never to fall out or offend - I save that for my arguments with europhiles (if I have the misfortune to come across any  ).

I am new here so go easy but having read through this post, one question that springs to mind is WHY should we want to keep NI when all they've ever done is drain us for cash and been a lead weight around the necks of England for decades.

Isn't it time that the north joined back with the south, after all it's one island, just divide by religion

I'm interested in your views.
