Default Nurses

Quote:
The Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast is paying an agency £32 per hour for nurses to work in its intensive care unit, the BBC has learned.
The hospital has admitted paying the money to the London based Mayfair recruitment agency.

Most NHS nurses who work there would be E grades and would get paid a maximum of £11.65 per hour.

Hospital spokesperson Dennis Gladstone said the nurses were employed to ensure government targets were met.

Default

there is the question of what are we to do with the NHS
we need some answers and he or she that comes along with that answer is a hero
meanwhile to gain time.

The first port of call I think wouId be rather what I wouId like to see done in education;
make it smaller
a lot smaller, by this I mean local community type hospitals with attractive "makes me feel well" surroundings and many more A and E centres with state of the art security -trouble at these places must not be tolerated
matrons feared with power to hire and fire.
core only range of treatments avaliable to all free at the point of need but not the international health service and no IVF /no sex changes /no nips and tucks/ no brain surgery for 101 year olds
a strict and simple control on the quantity of treatments and drugs avaliable someone, somewhere has to sometimes make a judgement on a persons health care and who shouId that be ?
somebody help UKIP come up with the winning NHS formular the lab/con/libs do not seem to have any thing to say.
if we solve it they will nick the idea -but at least we can all go INTO phpbb_hospital a bit happier ?
