begs the question of- if they are failed asylum seekers why are they still here? let alone still receiving benefits?

If they have been turned down from a system that already massively favours the asylum seeker and all they have to do is destroy documents to be allowed residnece in this nation- what the hell have the failed ones done? Must be murderers!!!!!

Wrong, murderers can stay until they have served their term(in our terrible prisons) then they are shipped home at our cost

Actually if you are a member of a terrorist group (eg M19) you can get asylum here these are probably nicer.
I am speaking from experience. People I know have spoken to ex-terrorists who got asylum here. Also I knew one at uni.

Why aren't they deported? Is it because the EU says we can't, or is it because their Country doesn't want them back?

Well the process takes sometime, I think these are people who either a) are waiting deportation or b) refusing to go.

Although sometimes eg Brazil countries do refuse to cooperate.
